Our Client Service Charter

Our pledge sets out what you can expect from us a client of our Asset Preservation Programme.

• We will provide you with high quality, professional legal advice through our Asset Preservation Programme.
• We will establish legal strategies in order to assist you in achieving your short, medium and long term goals & objectives.
• We will review your existing Will(s) and legal arrangements, and unravel any complexities.
• We are here to assist your beneficiaries at the time of probate by determining the full value of your estate and entitlement to your assets.
• We will provide an on-going service, which includes the storage and maintenance of your legal documentation.
• We will provide additional legal services including Overseas Wills, Probate Administration, Business Partnership and Shareholder Agreements, where required.
• All meetings are confidential and conducted within the guidelines set out by the applicable laws and regulations including the Data Protection Act.
• We offer you a 7 day "cooling off" period , after we have presented our proposals to you, so you have the opportunity to change your mind if you wish.
