Who are we?

We are a family business set up in 2003. A husband and wife team, Melvin Evans F.C.I.B has 30 years experience in financial services and Penny Evans LL.B (Hons) is a barrister specialising in family law.

How can we help?

We provide an at home or at work service, for your convenience, giving legal advice and preparing documentation for Wills and Trusts designed to protect your family or business assets.

What we do

Our main focus is to provide financial security for our clients and their beneficiaries through our Asset Preservation Programme. We can advise on Estate Planning, Probate and Property Law but our particular area of expertise is in advising on the setting up of Wills and unravelling the complexities of existing Wills.
